How to Display Google, Yelp, and Facebook Reviews on Your WordPress Site

· 4 min readWordPress

Online reviews are one of the strongest trust signals for local businesses. But your reviews are scattered across Google, Yelp, Facebook, and Trustpilot. The AuditMySite Review Aggregator module pulls them all into one display on your WordPress site.

Enable the Module

  1. Go to AuditMySite > Modules
  2. Toggle on Review Aggregator
  3. Go to AuditMySite > Reviews

Add Your Reviews

You can add reviews two ways:

Manual Entry

Click Add Review and enter:

  • Reviewer name
  • Star rating (1-5)
  • Review text
  • Platform (Google, Yelp, Facebook, Trustpilot, or Other)
  • Date

This is the most reliable method -- you control exactly which reviews appear.

Platform Profile URLs

Enter your business profile URLs for each platform in the settings. The plugin will attempt to fetch and cache reviews automatically. Note that some platforms restrict automated access, so manual entry is recommended as a backup.

Display Reviews on Your Site

Shortcode (Classic Editor)

Add this shortcode to any page or post:

[auditmysite_reviews]

Customize with attributes:

  • layout="grid" -- grid, slider, or list
  • theme="light" -- light, dark, minimal, or card
  • count="6" -- number of reviews to show
  • platform="google" -- filter by platform
  • columns="3" -- grid columns (2-4)

Example: [auditmysite_reviews layout="slider" theme="card" count="8"]

Gutenberg Block

In the block editor, search for Reviews and add the AuditMySite Reviews block. Configure layout, theme, and count in the block settings sidebar.

Elementor Widget

If you use Elementor, search for Reviews in the widget panel. Drag it into your layout and configure the same options visually.

Styling

Four built-in themes:

  • Light -- white cards with subtle shadows, clean and modern
  • Dark -- dark background with light text, bold look
  • Minimal -- borderless, typography-focused, blends with any design
  • Card -- elevated cards with rounded corners and platform-colored accents

All themes are responsive and look great on mobile. You can further customize with CSS using the .auditmysite-reviews class.

Caching

Reviews are cached for 12 hours to minimize API calls and keep your site fast. Click Clear Cache in the Reviews settings to refresh immediately after adding new reviews.
